James has been an entrepreneur since his first business he formed in kindergarten and technology developer since 14 years of age. James has a keen understanding of trends and risk modeling in markets such as sustainable systems, cloud computing and communications. Since starting his technology career in 1981 as a student in Washington State’s first public high school Microsoft Computer Programming Class he has since been involved in workforce & economic development for well over 30 years.
The following are a few highlights of James’ career:
- Yahoo, MTV & ETrade – worked Michael Lisboa on first expansion of web companies into Spanish market and brick and mortar strategies (post dot.com boom).
- Wells Fargo – built cloud eCommerce application for all seasonal marketing displays through US
- Oakland Raiders – built first cloud based online video streaming application for Raider Fans that could not afford tickets to see Draft and other non-game related activities
- SunRun (developed record-breaking sales and client acquisition strategies)
- Vianeta (launched Broadvision’s first commercial ecommerce cloud application for healthcare industry. purchased by MModal annual revenue of $1.3 billion now)
- MedRemote (redesigned application and business development strategy. Medremote was purchased by Nuance and now has an annual revenue of $1 billion per year and is known as the inventor of Apple’s iPhone voice recognition application “Siri”)
- Global Imaging (built company’s presidential award winning sales and customer acquisition for first company to network copiers on both Mac and Microsoft networks. Purchased by Xerox)
James received his training in software development from Microsoft at Stadium High School, Risk Management from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and legal training from University of Virginia (US Army Staff Judge Advocate Generals Corp).
Mae France Conol-McCorkle, PhD| Vice President of HR, Controller
Dr. McCorkle brings both leadership and an ardent desire to improve the lives of clients and staffs. Prior to joining C360° Mae spent the past two years, providing property management services for BH Properties which owns over 5,000 properties. Mae was responsible for administration for all vendors, suppliers, payable and contract management. Prior to joining BH Properties Mae managed the family farming business and equipment leasing business in the Philippines increasing profits by 8-10% by improving cash flows and reorganizing the business for a more streamlined approach.
At the age of 30, Dr. McCorkle made her largest professional advancement launching from scratch an Information Technology Department for one of the private universities in Cagayan De Oro which involved recruiting, curriculum development, compliance and marketing to new students looking to attend the Information Technology (IT) College with a special emphasis on Integration, Networking, and Computer Science. Her tremendous commitment and focus resulted in building a very successful launch of the Information Technology Division for this college in one of oldest and largest cities in the Philippines. As the College Dean, she recruited a strong staff and executed a plan which successfully opened with 15% more students than expected in a field mostly dominated by males. She has been a role model for a significant percentage of female engineers who now participate in her program.
With a degree in Computer Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, and a doctorate in Human Resource Management, Dr. McCorkle is prepared to take on a more challenging and a much larger responsibility in the pursuit of excellence and success.
In addition, Dr. McCorkle oversees the management of a family foundation that sends low income high school students to school, tuition free.
